The dowel can fulfil a range of project requirements from dowel pins, which are used to reinforce joints and support shelves and other components in cabinet making, blind making and other decorative joinery. Our hardwood dowels are ideal for painting, staining, oiling, waxing or varnishing.

Item was well packed and arrived promptly. Dowels were as described and appeared of good quality; there was slight difference in the flexibility of each dowel as could be expected of a natural product but all fine for the application they were bought for.

The only thing that would have been nice is to have the specific species of wood used in the product information.
