Chosen for it's straight grain and pleasing colour Western Red Cedar is the first choice for many gates, garage doors and porch canopies as well as exterior cladding. With it's high resin content Western Red Cedar is renowned for it's naturally weather resistant properties. It can be painted, stained, oiled, waxed or varnished to enhance it's natural pale, pink tones. Cedar ages to a silvery grey colour over time if left untreated.

• With it's V joint face it provides a decorative front and flat back making applying braces to the back easier.
