The product itself is great, exactly as described, the price was better than any other I could find online and even beat local timber merchant prices , the delivery spot on and as mentioned the customer care & service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, all my queries were answered and dealt with almost immediately.

I bought some spares, but didn't need them as all timbers were excellent an usable. Great for making a bepsoke screens and trellis.
