Often used as floor or ceiling joists, in roof construction or as supports in decking projects. It comes pressure treated for extra durability and is now supplied 'Easi Edge'. This means slightly rounded corners and smooth faces for easier handling and use. It also makes it more appealing for use in garden projects where it's likely to be touched and you want to avoid rough and splintered edges.
